A guide to our range of high quality gazebos

We have a variety of Instant Awnings designed to suit all needs from light summer use in the garden to all year round daily use, come rain or shine. All of our frame legs, feet and cross bracing truss bars are made from strong but light weight aluminium and, unlike steel, aluminium frames will never rust!

No matter what frame you choose, all of our materials are exactly the same and are available in a wide range of stock colours. The 600D Polyester fabric is PVC lined for added strength and durability, and they are treated with waterproofing and UV resistant treatments to ensure the vibrant colours stay that way for years.  As well as being 100% waterproof, all of our plain and branded materials are also fire retardant and fire retardancy certificates can be supplied to any customer who requires them, making them perfect for food vendors.

Pro Expo Package Specification

• 50mm x 50mm aluminium hexagonal legs (2mm thick)
• 18mm x 35mm cross bracing truss bars (2mm thick)
• Complete with metal brackets and jumbo sized feet
• 5 Year frame warranty
• Fully waterproof, flameproof and UV resistant 600 denier polyester top
• Re-enforced roller wheel carry bag for easy transportation
• Ground pegs and tie down rope kit
• 600D polyester side walls available in plain, door and window styles

 

The Pro Expo Instant Awning comes with a market leading 5 year warranty, which shows how strong and durable the frame is.  It made from anodised aluminium and is now available in a choice of different colours, making it the only choice of coloured frame available in the UK currently.  It is able to withstand daily commercial use in adverse weather conditions all year round.  With nylon inserts inside of all of the metal brackets to help them slide up and down the leg more easily, as well as pull pin brackets and jumbo sized feet, the Pro Expo Instant Awning is very easy to erect and can even be set up by a single user. • 15mm x 30mm cross bracing truss bars (1.9mm thick)
• 2 Year frame warranty
• Fully waterproof, flameproof and UV resistant 600 denier polyester top
• Re-enforced roller wheel carry bag for easy transportation
• Ground pegs and tie down rope kit
• 600D polyester side walls available in plain, door and window styles

Although this frame is now considered our mid range frame, it was the top of the range Instant Awning for many years and is, therefore, a very reliable frame for use in almost all weather conditions all year round.  This frame offers a great balance between durability and cost making it very popular with market traders and start up businesses, which need to ensure they are able to trade daily whatever the weather!

Express 40 Package Specification

The Express 40 Instant Awning is perfect for indoor use at exhibitions, as well as outdoor use during the summer and light use in winter.  It is our most lightweight frame making it easy to transport and erect.  This frame is also available as a compact frame which folds down to 102cm making it ideal for transporting in almost any car.

Spare Parts

All of our Instant Awnings come with a manufacturer’s warranty (ranging from 1-5 years depending on your frame choice), meaning that if any part of your frame becomes faulty we will send you out a replacement part free of charge on a next day delivery.  We have a fully stocked 11,500 sq ft warehouse in Bristol where we keep all spare parts in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature.  We advise all customers to use sufficient weighting and tie down kits for the desired usage, but also to be aware that whilst an Instant Awning is very strong, it is a temporary structure which needs to be monitored in adverse weather conditions.

On Site Demonstrations

Our friendly sales team are always happy to have visitors to our 11,500 sq ft warehouse in Bristol.  As well as housing a huge amount of stock in our warehouse, we also have a large demonstration area where we can show you exactly how all of our products work (including our Instant Awnings, inflatable Spider Domes, Feather Flags and our wide range of accessories).

Branded Gazebos

Although we have a large stock of stock colour awnings, we specialise in fully branded gazebos.  Using Dye Sublimation printing we can pantone colour match any specific colour you require, print high resolution photographic images and any piece of material that you choose to have branded will include unlimited print.  Our in house design team will work closely with you and the sales team to ensure that you end up with the perfect deign for your Instant Awning.  As well as our high quality print techniques, we also offer the fastest lead time in the UK with a 7 day priority production service.
