Quick and Simple Frame Assembly
The lightweight aluminium frame uses an easy push-pin connection system and can be assembled in less than ten minutes. Simply connect the numbered frame sections, slide the printed tension fabric graphic over the structure and close the zip along the base to tension the fabric around the frame.
Eyelet hooks, tee junctions and hanging wire are supplied as standard, giving your installation team the components required to prepare the banner for suspension. Exhibition venues can have their own rigging and weight requirements, so we recommend confirming the approved suspension method with your venue or appointed rigging contractor before installation.
Premium Dye-Sublimation Printed Graphics
Dye-sublimation printing produces rich, vibrant colours while allowing the ink to become part of the fabric rather than sitting on its surface. The result is excellent colour reproduction and a premium finish that looks smooth and professional when stretched across the frame.
The tension fabric graphic can also be replaced independently of the aluminium frame, making it easy to update your display for a new campaign, exhibition or brand message without purchasing an entirely new structure.

Using Templates:
It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to setup artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guildelines within the templates for proper artwork placement. Installation Guide: All Hanging Banners are supplied with industry leading Kwik-Loc Self Locking Cable Joiners. Download the datasheet here.
- Cut wire to desired length for the drop required.
- Pass one end of the wire through the zip-clip in the direction of the arrow on the Zip-Clip Rize body and draw through enough wire to go around your fixing point.
- Pass the wire end back through the zip-clip leaving at least 15cm of free wire protruding.
- Always confirm engagement of the zip-clip on the wire by pushing the pin in the opposite direction to the arrows indicated.
- Zip Clips can be easily released and re-used by pulling back the levers.
