Our Printed Gazebo Package Deals are designed to make the process of buying a branded gazebo as easy as possible! Every printed panel in each package comes with UNLIMITED full colour sublimation printing. Applying for a FREE visual & quote takes less than two minutes - start by selecting a package style below. After completing the short enquiry form our design team will create your 3D visuals (usually within a few hours), and as soon as they're ready we'll email you 2D and 3D visuals along with a fully itemised quote.
We manufacture two heavy duty aluminium frame ranges (50mm Hex and 40mm Hex) and information and pricing for each option will also be included in your quote, along with a range of optional print upgrades and accessories.

Comprehensive Guide to Custom Gazebos
Custom Printing
The quality of the printing process is really important when adding branding to your custom gazebo, walls, flags ot other event signage chosen to create your portable event display. We use dye sublimation printing which is the highest quality print method available for large format outdoor fabric graphics. Sublimation printed polyester material won’t scratch, scuff or fade easily. Our aluminium gazebo frames are also designed with durability in mind; we expect our customers to constantly set up and take down their tents week after week, year after year, and our frames are built accordingly.
Anodised Aluminum Frames
Coloured anodised frames are unique and allow you to choose a frame color option that suits your brand and helps you stand out from the crowd. We offer the highest quality aluminium gazebo frames with durable, eye-catching anodised coatings.
Custom Pop Up Gazebos
We’ve specialized in custom gazebos for almost 20 years! We love working with our clients to bring their visions to life with custom graphics and custom design elements. We have a range of branded gazebo packages that help clients choose the right type of booth setup, but we’re also able to create a completely custom gazebo package if needed. Examples include adding full height walls, half walls, flags, table covers and more.
Gazebo Accessories and Add-Ons
Gazebo walls are one of our most popular pop-up gazebo accessories. Available in full-height and half-height sizes, they provide additional protection from wind and rain whilst also providing extra space at eye level to deliver your brand message. We can fully customise pop-up gazebo walls to include logos, images, patterns and more - and we’ll match your brand Pantone colours. Our printed gazebos with walls are often used to support experiential marketing activations.
Gazebo Sizes
Our most popular gazebo sizes are 3x3m, 3x4.5m and 3x6m but we stock a wide range of frame sizes; our smallest is 1.5x1.5m and our largest is 4x8m. Gazebos can be joined together using our frame connector brackets to create even larger event spaces - pair two of our biggest 4x8m Gazebo and you’ll have a huge 667 sq ft event space! Gazebos can also be placed in an L-shape or U-shape to create different layouts.
Our full range of standard sizes are: 1.5x1.5m, 2x2m, 2.5x2.5m, 3x3m, 2x3m, 3x4.5m, 3x6m, 4x4m, 4x6m and 4x8m.
Comparing Pop-Up Gazebo Models
When it comes to pop-up gazebos we have two aluminium frames to choose from; our GZBO Express 40 with 40mm hex legs and our GZBO Hex 50 with 50mm hex legs. We opt for aluminium tent frames because they provide greater durability and will last many years longer than cheaper steel frames.
All of our gazebo models can be accessorized with walls, counters, table covers, lighting, banners, feather flags and more! Our entire range is designed around quality and durability - from our frames to our custom printed materials, to our accessories like our Pro Roller Wheel Storage Bags.
The Express 40 frame offers a great balance of strength, budget and portability; the 3x3m gazebo frame weighs 19kgs and can be put up by one person. The GZBO Hex 50 model is heavier duty and the huge 50mm hex legs and large truss bars mean the 3x3m frame weighs in at 27kgs. The GZBO Express 40 frames (1.5x1.5m, 2x2m, 2.5x2.5m, 3x3m, and 3x6m) are backed by a two-year warranty and the Hex 50 frames (2.5x2.5m, 2x3m, 3x3m, 3x4.5m, 3x6m, 4x4m, 4x6m and 4x8m) are backed by a five-year warranty.
