The Express 40 is our entry level aluminium frame design, aimed at people who are likely to use their Instant Awning one or two times a week, in fair weather conditions or for indoor shows and Exhibitions. The frame is a lighter weight to the Hex 50, but remains a very strong and easy to handle solution offering fantastic value for money option.
Featuring hexagonal shaped 40mm aluminium legs, the Express 40 is a similar design to our flagship GZBO hEX 50 model. Instead of the metal brackets found on the Gazebo 50, the Express 40 has brackets made from a very strong plastic and nylon mould.
The canopy and side walls are all manufactured from 600D polyester, and are fully waterproof and flameproof as standard. All tops and side walls across all three ranges are also UV treated, to ensure they retain their colour for many years more than competitor products.

2m x 2m and 4m x 6m plain and door walls are available in white, black, royal blue and racing green. 6m windows for 4m x 6m and 8m plain, doors and windows must be custom ordered with our sales team. 6m walls for 3m x 6m gazebos are also priced and manufactured upon request.
