Our crowd barrier covers are a great solution to brand an otherwise pedestrian piece of hardware for maximum visibility at events. Designed to fit a standard Crowd Barrier (either 2.3m or 2.5m, all-rounded corner barriers or top-only rounded corner barriers) and can be securely bungee or cable tied.
With a variety of styles, materials, sizes and shapes available, branded barrier jackets allow for cost-effective branding in crowd-controlled areas. We also offer bespoke sizes outside of the industry-standard banner sizes; prices available upon request.

Our 2.3m and 2.5m branded crowd barrier jackets are ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Perfect for events such as festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, concerts and music venues, they are a great way to add visibility during functions with larger crowds.
The covers come in the option of either Standard PVC or Mesh PVC, we also now offer PVC-free ECO variations of both – a TPO replacement for the PVC and a polyester mesh. We are proud to offer our ECO range at the same cost as the PVC options to encourage people to switch where possible!

Polyester/Mesh Polyester
- Single-Sided Fabric Jackets are made from a single piece of fabric, making them very strong. Frames are covered from view on the front side, apart from the feet and joining hooks. The graphic is held over the top of the frame with a 150mm-tall 'sock' (non-printed).
- Double-Sided Fabric Jackets are made from a single piece of fabric, making them very strong. Frames are covered from view on both sides, apart from the feet and joining hooks.
- Six plastic eyelets are provided around the bottom half of the graphic, to secure with your choice of tie. Two additional eyelets are provided in the corners of the 'sock', allowing the graphic extra points to be secured down if needed/desired
Single-Sided PVC/Mesh
- Covering one side of a crowd barrier's infill bars and up to the exterior frame, these are a cost-effective way to adorn a plain crowd barrier. The sizing of the banners has been designed to sit just inside of the barrier frame, rather than attempting to cover it. This allows for neater securing with good tension, rather than puckered, protruding or loose edges.
- All Angled Corners' graphics are supplied with twelve eyelets. 'Top-Only Angled Corners' graphics are supplied with ten eyelets. This provides plenty of strength when fitted to a crowd barrier with Bungee Ball Ties.
- If desired, two single-sided graphics can be used on either side of a crowd barrier, but you may prefer to use our fold-over graphics for a more continuous and seamless look.
Double-Sided ‘Fold Over’ PVC/Mesh
- Covering both sides of a crowd barrier's infill bars and leaving a gap to the left and right, these are a cost-effective way to adorn a plain crowd barrier. Each graphic is made of one large banner that folds over the frame and can then be secured in place.
- Fits both 'all-rounded corner' and 'top-only rounded corner' barriers.
- Fold-Over graphics are supplied with twelve eyelets, with each pair of eyelets designed to be secured to the frame together (e.g. each pair requires one bungee ball tie), meaning a total of six bungee ties is required per fold-over graphic.
Using Templates:
It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to set up artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guidelines within the templates for proper artwork placement. PVC-free TPO
Made entirely from TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefins), a specialist material commonly used in the building and automotive industries for its outstanding durability and strength in outdoor environments. This offers an excellent 'green' alternative to PVC banners, while matching or even surpassing PVC in terms of performance. With a lifespan of up to five years, it is resistant to UV, ageing, and water.
Featuring a unique four-layer construction, it has proven to be a robust choice for both indoor and outdoor printed graphics that require a more eco-friendly approach. Additionally, TPO can be responsibly disposed of in landfill, as it does not release harmful bio-accumulative toxins such as mercury, dioxins, or furans during decomposition.
