Non-Warranty Repair Services

We offer non-warranty inspection and repair services for selected Instant Promotion products, including pop-up aluminium gazebos, inflatable arches and Spider Domes.

This service is for products that are outside of warranty, or where the issue has been caused by accidental damage, wear and tear, weather damage, misuse, missing parts or general damage from use.

Gazebo Repairs

Pop-Up Aluminium Gazebo Repairs

For pop-up aluminium gazebos, including frames, canopies, walls and other material items, we offer a straightforward non-warranty inspection and quotation service.

All repair work is quoted separately following inspection. There are no standard repair prices because the cost will depend on the extent of the damage and the parts or materials required.

Gazebo Repair Terms

  • All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • The inspection fee is £25 per unit for a frame, canopy, wall or other gazebo material item.
  • The inspection fee must be paid before our team inspects the unit.
  • Repair costs are quoted separately after inspection and are additional to the inspection fee.
  • Payment for approved repair work must be received before repairs are carried out.
  • Products must be dry, clean and safe to handle before being sent or brought in for inspection.
Inflatable Repairs

Inflatable Arch and Spider Dome Repairs

We offer inspection and repair services for branded inflatable arches and Spider Domes. Prices shown are starting prices and will be confirmed following inspection. Major structural repairs, replacement printed panels, missing parts, valves, zips and unusual damage may be quoted separately.

Inflatable Repair Terms

  • All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • When using our transport service, the £150 collection and delivery charge and £50 inspection fee must be paid before collection.
  • When returning a product directly to us, the £50 inspection fee must be paid before inspection.
  • Products must be dry and reasonably clean before collection or drop-off.
  • The repair costs shown are starting prices and will be confirmed following inspection.
  • Any additional work will be quoted and approved before we proceed.
