Superior Quality Materials
600 denier Polyester is our material of choice, and it’s very hard to beat! This material allows us to sublimation print deep inside the material fibres ensuring a vibrant and long lasting print. Once each panel has been printed, our skilled sewing team machine stitch each seam to the highest standards. Once stitched, every seam is heat sealed on the inside to ensure the canopy is 100% waterproof. Every Instant Canopy is also flameproof, and a CPAI-84 certificate is available on request.
Superior Quality Print
Dye sublimation printing is a high quality heat transfer print technology which allows us to print photo quality images on to polyester canopy material. Not all sublimation printing is the same - we regularly upgrade our print machinery to ensure we stay at the forefront of the market, as well as insisting on using only the highest quality imported Italian inks.
Market Leading Warranty
All of our materials, whether plain or printed, come with a 12 month guarantee that protects you in the event of any manufacturer defects. We also offer a unique 12 month UV guarantee, so no matter how much your Instant Canopy is exposed to direct sunlight in the first 12 months, we will replace it for free if the color fades!
After Sales Service
We are proud to also offer market leading after sales service! We stock EVERY SPARE PART for each frame that we manufacture, so in the unlikely event that you damage your frame you can rest assured we have a replacement part in stock ready to ship out the same day.
We are pleased to offer a Priority Production Service! Our standard lead time is 7 working days for a branded Instant Awning, plus an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If you require your order to be delivered within 7 working days we do offer a Priority Production Service - please call our Sales Team for more information!
