Our pricing always includes unlimited full colour sublimation printing and there are no hidden fees or setup charges. You can choose any coated Pantone colour, and include as much or as little print as you like! Sublimation printing is a process where colours penetrate deep into the material fibers at high temperatures

A: If you need to have a copy of the Fire Certificate for your canopy, please email [email protected] or call 0117 963 1668 to request your copy.
A: All materials are machine washable, or you can use a power washer to clean the canopy while set up on the frame. If using a detergent please make sure it does not contain bleach.
A: Yes, we stock every part for all of our frames.
Should your frame suffer damage the following options are available.
1. In the case of a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect contact our Customer Service team and we will either arrange a collection and replacement, or we will ship you the parts needed to repair within 24 hours.
2. For a non-warranty claim contact our team and advise us which parts are broken - photos are often useful in helping to establish the exact part(s) you need. We stock all spare parts and can ship within 24 hours.
