Instant Promotion mesh banners (also known as mesh event fencing and scrim banners) are one of the most cost effective, easy to use branding solutions in the industry. They are so versatile with uses including signposting, crowd control, product placement, covering an area from sight or just displaying a simple message. Every banner is full dye sublimation printed and includes hemming and eyelets at no extra cost. A range of sizes is offered below with quantity discounts.

Our mesh banners can wrap any length or height of panelling, whether it be at sports venues, on heras fencing or around construction sites. Instant Promotion specialises in supplying a high-quality design and finish that transforms unused spaces into an advertisers dream. We can manufacture to an unlimited size. Every banner is hemmed as standard and whilst eyeleting is free we do require this option to be selected. Double sided banners, stretch barrier covers and custom shapes are available upon request.

If you do require mesh banners for use on standard crowd control barriers they are generally 2150 x 900mm or 2350 x 900mm (see Templates tab) however please check to be safe before we begin production. We can provide loose fit banners that just attach to one side of the barrier or we can double the size so that they fold over the top of the framework, showing artwork on both sides and tied securely down the edges. Stretch banners will be made to your custom requirements and can fit around any object.

Our Mesh Banners are printed with the environment in mind, using multi-purpose inks made of 60% BIO-based materials. The colour vibrancy characteristics of the ink printed onto our hard-wearing 290gsm PVC mesh ensures a finished product that will stand the test of time.
We also have a Polyester option which is more lightweight and ‘green’ alternative to PVC, due to producing less toxic chemicals such as chlorine during the production process. Once the banner is no longer required, the fabric can also be recycled at your local fabric recycling bank!
The mesh banner material is 37% open to allow air to pass through, creating less stress on the banner itself. The mesh also allows a certain amount of light through so that when used on buildings, windows are not left completely darkened.

Templates shown include 11 generic sizes that can be purchased immediately from the Buy Now link. If the banners are to be used on crowd control barriers, two standard size template options have also been included. If the banners are being used on heras fencing or are completely bespoke, our sales team can work with you to ensure the correct templates are created and shared.
It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to setup artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guidelines within the template for proper artwork placement. We are pleased to offer a Priority Production Service. Our standard lead time for PVC banners is 3-5 days, for the PVC-Free ECO Cover options the lead time is 8-10 days. If you require your order to be dispatched earlier we offer a priority production for an extra fee on orders placed before 12 - please call our Sales Team on 0117 963 1668 to discuss. Polyester Mesh
We now offer a 100% polyester option, which not only has a better airflow for use in stronger winds but is more environmentally friendly than traditional PVC-based materials due to the production process emitting less harmful chemicals. Once the banner is no longer required, the fabric can also be recycled at your local fabric recycling bank – preventing the material otherwise ending up in landfill!
The Polyester option is also easier to transport, handle and deploy as it can be folded down, making it a good option for ongoing events where the location is changeable and space is tight! Unlike PVC, the material is also machine-washable – a great choice for racetracks and other locations where the banners can get dirty!
