Our PVC Banners are printed with the environment in mind, using multi-purpose inks made of 60% BIO-based materials. The colour vibrancy characteristics of the ink printed onto our hard-wearing 440gsm PVC ensures a finished product that will stand the test of time. We also have a lightweight ECO version made from TPO, a ‘green’ alternative to PVC, known for it’s exceptional durability and strength in outdoor environments.

The 440gsm PVC is printed at a high DPI (dots per inch) using the latest eco-solvent print technology with slow scan speed and high passes, giving excellent durability and UV protection.
Every banner is hemmed as standard and whilst eyeleting is free we do require this option to be selected. All PVC banners will arrive wrapped in protective bubble wrap inside a solid cardboard casing to ensure safe delivery.
A number of standard sizes and templates are provided on this product page but we can manufacture to an unlimited size. From the Buy Now drop-down tool there are a number of options available at 1.3m in height which is our most cost-effective solution due to PVC roll length. It is highly recommended that you use a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator to set up artwork. This ensures that the designer can view layers and guidelines within the template for proper artwork placement. PVC-free TPO
Made entirely from TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefins), a specialist material commonly used in the building and automotive industries for its outstanding durability and strength in outdoor environments. This offers an excellent 'green' alternative to PVC banners, while matching or even surpassing PVC in terms of performance. With a lifespan of up to five years, it is resistant to UV, ageing, and water.
Featuring a unique four-layer construction, it has proven to be a robust choice for both indoor and outdoor printed graphics that require a more eco-friendly approach. Additionally, TPO can be responsibly disposed of in landfill, as it does not release harmful bio-accumulative toxins such as mercury, dioxins, or furans during decomposition.
