Professional Vendor Gazebo Package with Three Branded Counters
The Street Trader Pro Package creates a complete, customer-facing event space for businesses that need practical counter space and coordinated branding. It includes a custom printed pop-up gazebo, one 3m full-height printed back wall and three heavy-duty 3m aluminium counters.
Each counter is supplied with a custom-fitted fabric cover printed in full colour, giving you three substantial surfaces for displaying products, serving customers, taking orders or holding demonstrations. Positioned around the front and sides of the gazebo, the counters create a defined presentation area while preserving convenient access for your team.
The canopy, back wall and counter covers feature full-colour dye-sublimation printing with Pantone colour matching. Oversized 40cm valances provide additional space for prominent logos, messaging and contact details.
Built around your choice of commercial-grade aluminium frame and manufactured using durable 600D RPET polyester, the printed gazebo fabric is waterproof, heat-sealed and certified flame-retardant. Once your artwork proofs have been approved, the package can be produced and despatched in 8 days or less, with express options available.

Once familiar with the system, the gazebo frame and attached canopy can be erected in approximately three minutes by one or two people. Allow additional time to attach the full-height back wall and assemble the three aluminium counters.

A: If you need to have a copy of the Fire Certificate for your canopy, please email enquiries@instantpromotion.co.uk or call 0117 963 1668 to request your copy.
A: All materials are machine-washable, or you can use a power washer to clean the canopy while set up on the frame. If using a detergent please make sure it does not contain bleach.
A: Yes, we stock every part for all of our frames.
Should your frame suffer damage the following options are available.
1. In the case of a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect contact our Customer Service team and we will either arrange a collection and replacement, or we will ship you the parts needed to repair within 24 hours.
2. For a non-warranty claim contact our team and advise us which parts are broken - photos are often useful in helping to establish the exact part(s) you need. We stock all spare parts and can ship within 24 hours.

RPET – Recycled Polyester
Our RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is produced by recycling existing polyester materials. These are cleaned, broken down into pellets, and then melted to form a thread, which is woven into brand new fabrics.
For our branded gazebo fabrics and branded table covers, we use a minimum of 95% recycled post-consumer polyester.
By using existing plastic, we are reducing our carbon footprint, as the recycling process for polyester requires less energy than producing new polyester. Additionally, by repurposing materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, we are helping to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions, as well as minimising microplastics, chemicals, and other harmful substances that can pollute wastewater.
From a customer’s perspective, this means you can enjoy the same high-quality, commercial-grade, heavy-duty fabrics you’ve come to expect— but with a much smaller impact on the planet!
Eco-Friendly Inks
We use premium-quality Italian inks for our sublimation printing, which are water-based and free from harmful chemicals such as alkylphenolethoxylates (APEs). These inks also incorporate Nanodot Technology, ensuring an even, precise print quality while reducing emissions during the printing process. They fully comply with the European EC Directive 2003/53/CE, underscoring our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
Moreover, these inks are free from animal products and are not tested on animals, making them a vegan-friendly alternative to other inks that may contain animal fats or shellac.
