Refined Frame Construction

Built around strength, usability and repairability

The Hex 50 combines substantial aluminium profiles with metal adjustment components and carefully reinforced contact points. The result is a commercial gazebo frame designed for repeated use without making everyday setup unnecessarily complicated.

  • Metal pull-pin height adjusters and sliding brackets support controlled frame adjustment.
  • Oversized metal feet provide a stable base and incorporate three machine-drilled anchoring holes.
  • Curved peak-pole caps help reduce concentrated wear against the underside of the canopy.
  • Reinforced canopy contact points protect the areas meeting the peak poles and truss brackets.
  • Individual frame components are stocked, supporting repair rather than unnecessary complete-frame replacement.
G-Tex Canopy

Dependable protection with lasting colour

The professional-grade G-Tex canopy combines durable fabric, reinforced wear points and a secure connection to the folding frame.

Weather and fabric protection

  • Durable 600D polyester with an internal PVC lining.
  • Waterproof construction with heat-sealed seams.
  • Flame-retardant material for suitable event environments.
  • Two-year no-fade guarantee across all canopy colours.

Designed for repeated setup

  • Reinforced peak-pole and truss-bracket contact areas.
  • Secure attachment points between the canopy and frame.
  • Wide hook-and-loop fastening beneath the canopy for compatible side walls.
  • Multiple canopy and metallic frame finishes available.

Choosing anchoring equipment: The correct solution depends on the surface, gazebo size, enclosure and site conditions. Weight plates and anchoring accessories add stability but do not make a gazebo windproof.

GZBO Hex 50 setup video

Watch the recommended frame-opening, canopy-fitting and take-down procedure before using your gazebo. Correct handling helps protect the frame, canopy and sliding components during repeated setups.

Best practice: Use at least two people for setup and take-down, never force the folding frame, and remove side walls before collapsing the gazebo.
Gazebo and wall measurements

Choosing the correct gazebo and wall size is important. Use our downloadable guides to compare frame dimensions, packed weights and standard door and window measurements before ordering.
